Had hail? Get it looked at before it leaks.

North Alabama hail doesn't always leave a hole you can see from the driveway. It bruises the mat, knocks off granules, and shortens the roof's life by years. We inspect, photograph, and document every slope — and you get the report whether you hire us or not.

We'll tell you whether it needs a repair, a replacement, or nothing yet — with the photos to back it up. You decide what happens next, with the facts on paper.

What we check on every inspection

  • Shingle mat and granule loss — the bruising that turns into leaks two winters from now
  • Soft metals — vents, flashing, gutters. Hail dents metal first; it's the first place a storm shows
  • Valleys, eaves, and penetrations — where every roof actually fails
  • Decking from the attic — staining, sag, and daylight
  • Full measurement — so the number we write is the number you pay

Three Atlas shingles. One of them fights back.

We install one manufacturer's system, top to bottom, so the warranty has one name on it. Here's the honest difference between the three.

01 · Good

Atlas ProLam

Class 3UL 2218 impact rating
  • Architectural profile — dimensional look, solid performer
  • Standard algae coverage, prorated
  • Lowest cost of the three

For a sound roof on a budget, or a rental.

02 · Better

Atlas Pinnacle Pristine

Class 3UL 2218 impact rating
  • Scotchgard™ Protector — lifetime algae-resistance, no black streaks
  • Heavier, higher-definition shingle
  • The upgrade here is the finish, not the hail rating

For the house you're going to keep and look at.

03 · The forever roof

Atlas Pinnacle Impact

Class 4UL 2218 — the highest impact rating there is
  • Built for hail. Withstands a 2-inch steel ball dropped from 20 feet without cracking
  • Scotchgard™ Protector included
  • May qualify for a homeowner's insurance discount — ask your carrier; many Alabama policies offer one for Class 4

This is the roof that fights back. It's what we'd put on our own house.

What's on every sheet.

Named parts. No substitutions.

A roof is a system, and the cheap bids save money on the parts you'll never see. We name every component in writing so you can compare our number to anybody's, line for line.

Then $107 a sheet, and only with your signature.

Rotten decking is where most roof bids quietly grow. Ours doesn't. The first three sheets of replacement decking are included in every quote. If we find more, work stops, you get a photo and a per-sheet price in writing, and nothing moves until you approve it.

10Year workmanship warranty

On the installation, from the day we finish. Ours, in writing, from a company based here.

1

Inspection

On the roof and in the attic. Photos, measurements, and a straight answer about whether you need a roof this year.

2

Written quote

Every component named, every price fixed. Three shingle options so you pick the roof, not the sales pitch.

3

Install day

Most homes are one day. Corey is on site. Decking beyond the first three sheets gets your written OK before it goes on.

4

Walkthrough and sign-off

We walk it with you, sweep the yard with a magnet, and you sign off before the final payment is due. Warranty starts that day.

Comparing bids? Ask each one five questions.

If the answers are on the page, take the bid. If they aren't, you don't have a price yet — you have a bluff.

  1. Who exactly is on my roof?Ask whether it's the same crew every time or whoever's available, and whether the owner will be on site.
  2. Is decking replacement in this number?Ask for the per-sheet price in writing before you sign. Ours is on this page.
  3. Where's the ice & water shield and drip edge?If they're "options," the bid isn't comparable to one that includes them.
  4. What shingle, what class, what manufacturer certification?A Class 4 impact-resistant shingle is not the same product as a builder-grade architectural.
  5. Who answers the phone in year five?Ask for a local address and how long they've operated under this name.
